Join us for one of our favorite spring traditions at the museum! Families are invited to celebrate the season with our 8th Annual Easter Egg Hunt, filled with fun, laughter, and plenty of eggs for children to discover.

To make the experience fun and safe for all ages, hunts will take place in two groups:
Ages 4 and Younger: 10:00 AM
Ages 5 and Older: 11:00 AM
The Easter Bunny will be available for photos from:
10:30 AM – 11:30 AM

This event is free for CMS members and included with regular museum admission for non-members.

The Children’s Museum Shoals is the only museum in Northwest Alabama that provides children with a hands-on, interactive experience designed especially for them. The Children’s Museum Shoals’ venues and programs offer children the opportunity to explore, learn and create in a variety of attractions. Many of the venues are influenced and inspired by the wonderful history and heritage of the region.
At the Children’s Museum Shoals, children not only learn about archaeology, art, science, and so much more, they are encouraged to let their imaginations take flight and create their own masterpieces!
Awesome place for small children. From 2 to 5 or 6 years of age. Young preschoolers. The staff was outstanding and answered all of our questions. We will be back.
