Hi, friends! I’m Darby the Catfish, and I can’t wait to meet you!
You’ll spot me before you even walk through the doors—I’m the giant catfish proudly swimming across the front of the Children’s Museum of the Shoals! My job is simple: to welcome every child and every family to a place where curiosity comes alive.
I believe the best way to learn is by exploring, creating, building, imagining, and having fun! Whether you’re digging for dinosaur fossils, discovering science, climbing aboard a train, creating masterpieces, or splashing into hands-on adventures, I’ll be cheering you on every step of the way.
Teachers, bring your students to experience a field trip they’ll never forget. Families, come make memories that will last a lifetime. No matter your age, there’s always something new to discover at the Children’s Museum of the Shoals.
