Molly Hill

Molly Hill is a Florence native and graduate of the University of North Alabama. She currently serves as Human Resources Manager at First Southern Bank and is passionate about giving back to the community she has always called home.

Molly is honored to serve on the Board of Directors of the Children’s Museum of the Shoals, supporting its mission to inspire children to learn, explore, and grow through fun, hands-on experiences. She looks forward to helping the museum continue making a lasting impact on children and families throughout the Shoals.
